Christie Chiu

is this okay?

we both paid $30 fucking dollars for this shitty club night, but somehow
i’m the one still paying surcharge. i’m a side-sleeper but he wants
eye-contact and enters me until failure. unsure, i dozed off.

an hour later, he looks just like the antique ken doll my grandma gave me in kindergarten, nestled on the pillow, caressing my neck until the awakening.
what followed: a month of wailing, shredded plastic and a childhood of
barbies, without lack.
